By car
Stag Lodge is just outside the Robin Hood Gate of Richmond Park. There is a car park in the park by the gate, but THE GATE ITSELF IS CLOSED TO CARS, so you must enter the park by the gates at Roehampton, Kingston, Ham, Sheen or Richmond. There is also limited parking on the roads off the A308 (Kingston Vale), a short walk from the stables.

From Central London, take the A3 towards Portsmouth/Guildford. After the big junction at Tibbet’s Corner, watch out for the A306 (Roehampton Lane). Take Roehampton Lane and then turn left onto Clarence Lane (opposite Queen Mary’s Hospital). Turn left at the end onto Priory Lane and enter Richmond Park through the Roehampton Gate.

By Public Transport

Buses 85 and K3 go past Stag Lodge.
From Kingston National Rail station, take the 85 towards Putney.
From Putney National Rail Station or Putney Bridge underground station, take the 85 towards Kingston
